How we work

From strategy call to a connected system.

A defined scope, a tested handoff and clear ownership after launch.

1. Understand the current process

We start with your trade, team and customer journey. Where do new requests arrive? Who answers? What happens after an estimate is sent? Bring the tools you use and the steps your team follows today. The aim is to identify the practical gap, not sell every service at once.

2. Agree on scope before payment

We recommend the website, sales or CRM scope that fits. Your deliverables, inputs and responsibilities are confirmed before an invoice is sent. Payment is by invoice, not a charge collected on this website. Every website includes keyword research and on-page SEO; Growth and Dominate include ongoing local SEO.

3. Prepare the company-specific inputs

You provide service information, coverage, business contact details, approved photos and the access required for the agreed work. One person should own approvals. We do not invent testimonials, project results or qualifications when material is missing.

4. Build and test the handoffs

The website must send a request to the right place. The CRM must identify an owner and next step. Sales materials must explain the same scope your operations team receives. We review the normal path and the exceptions, such as duplicate requests or changed appointments.

5. Launch on a clear timeline

Websites take about 1 week for any package. Sales playbooks take about 2 weeks to build; printed books then take about 12+ days to print and ship. CRM & automation takes 1–2 weeks, depending on how your pipelines and automations are structured. A Full Business System takes about 3 weeks. Printed sales books ship separately and arrive after launch. Timelines depend on how quickly we receive your content, photos and access to your domain.

6. Know what continues each month

Website monthly covers hosting, care and updates on every plan; Growth and Dominate also include ongoing local SEO (Google Business Profile management, blog posts, ranking reports). CRM monthly covers your custom CRM, automations and the services in your tier. SMS and calls are billed at cost.

The client owns the website and keeps their domain. Packages are month-to-month after setup. Your service agreement defines the specific access, handoff and monthly responsibilities. Changes to the scope should be discussed, not silently added to an existing expectation.
