The founder
George · Founder of Vercano Partners
Contractor sales and operations experience, applied to the systems behind the business.
Why I started Vercano
I started Vercano Partners to help turn contractors into companies. A website, sales process and CRM should fit how the business actually works, not sit apart as three unrelated tools. I bring hands-on sales and operations experience to that work.
I have been part of multiple companies that scaled past $1,000,000.00 in annual revenue and have helped businesses start from scratch. That background informs the questions I ask about intake, proposals, follow-up and handoffs. It is experience I bring to the work, not a promise that another company will achieve the same outcome.
The experience behind the playbook
I have more than three years of sales experience, including writing sales scripts and processes. I co-run GRIPGO Roofing, where the sales process informs the roofing playbook approach. The process needs to make sense to a person standing in front of a customer, not just on a diagram.
Vercano’s sales materials are tailored to the company and trade. We work on discovery, scope, price presentation, customer questions and the next step. Printed playbooks preserve the approved process in a format a rep can use. Rep onboarding and call reviews follow the scope selected.
How I approach the work
I start by asking how a lead arrives, who answers, what the customer needs to understand and where the handoff breaks down. Sometimes the first priority is the website. Sometimes it is an estimate that nobody follows up on. The right scope depends on the business.
I do not promise rankings, revenue or a fixed lead count. We agree on deliverables and responsibilities before invoicing. Every website includes SEO from day one; Growth and Dominate include ongoing local SEO. If a connection to an existing tool is uncertain, we review the workflow before making a promise.
A direct conversation
The strategy call is a chance to explain what you have now and what needs to work differently. Bring your website, the tools your team uses and an example of an inquiry or estimate that stalled. We can then discuss a practical next step.
